From little acorns
When it was founded back in 1995, STL’s first office was at an Oxford Innovation centre and today STL installs, maintains and supports the telephone systems at all their 15 sites. Phil Leo, Director and Head of Innovation Centres for Oxford Innovation, commented, “Oxford Innovation has continued to monitor the progress of STL since they started and they have managed our telephony services for many years. As a supporter of innovative companies we regard STL as a fast growing local company that provides exceptional service.“
To facilitate the billing to Oxford Innovation tenants, STL generates client bills on a monthly basis so that the centre managers just have to send them out. Using their sophisticated billing platform, STL is able to manage the bills for over 400 individual tenants of the centres.
Oxford Innovation was an early adopter of STL’s GreenMinutes which takes eco-friendly communications to the next level making it easier, cheaper and more productive for businesses to use sustainable technology rather than to travel to meetings by car, train or plane. As a GreenMinutes customer, Oxford Innovation also benefits from free teleconferencing, free connection of home workers, free use of STL’s video conferencing facility and fully itemised electronic billing.
