Finalist in Comms Dealer Awards 2017
STL Communications has been named as a finalist in the Reseller Sales Team of the Year £5m plus (large) category in the Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards 2017. These prestigious industry awards recognise the success of sales and marketing teams operating in the ICT channel. The winner will be announced at the finalist’s awards luncheon to be held at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London on May 4th.
The world of telecoms is changing fast and STL has embraced change and succeeded in morphing into a growing integrated services solution provider, which was the basis of their submission. STL’s senior management team has successfully managed the organisation’s evolution from hardware provider to integrated services solutions provider. They have been prepared to invest heavily in new software, new technology, new people and training in order to manage this change throughout the organisation from sales to account management, finance, operations and customer support.
For the Award entry, STL provided details of its sales and marketing strategy to drive the uptake of next generation comms. The results are so significant that 90% of new business won by STL now involves next generation services (Ethernet, SIP, hosted).
