Sarah Crayford is our new Billing Coordinator with responsibility for running STL’s billing platform, providing customers with their monthly network services invoice and maintaining billing information on a live basis, enabling them to monitor call patterns from an online portal.

Sarah has previous experience within the telecoms industry and so brings a wealth of knowledge about the system and processes with her.
Sarah commented, “As a sustainable organisation, STL has a paperless billing policy and monthly invoices are sent out electronically with payments collected by direct debit. Having worked within the telecoms industry for many years I am now looking forward to this new and exciting challenge with STL”.
