We are currently looking for independent, diligent and hard working people in the following areas:
• New Business Sales – working within the new business team to secure contracts with new business customers, we are looking for people with a proven track record of selling ‘solutions’ to business owners and decision makers. Telecoms experience is not essential as extensive training/re-training would be given to the successful candidate. The package for this role is OTE £75k plus car allowance, mileage and usual sales benefits.
• Account Management (existing customer sales) – Working with existing STL customers to ensure that we maintain our levels of service whilst upselling additional products/services wherever possible. Successful candidates for this role may come from a technical background or from an internal sales position, but either way they will be able to problem solve and be capable of forging lasting customers relationships. The package for this role is OTE £50k plus car allowance, mileage and usual sales benefits.
• Business Development – Traditionally the bedrock of our growth, this role would suit someone with an inquisitive nature who enjoys generating sales opportunities in a number of ways, including from news articles, networking, campaigns and good old fashioned cold calling – people with a rejection complex need not apply! The package for this role is OTE £35k and usual sales benefits.
• Bid Management – This is a new role that is being created following our recent success bidding for public and private sector contracts with local government and not least the London 2012 Olympic Games. We are looking for an experienced person with a successful track record of getting to the final stage of the bid process at which point sales can deliver the STL ‘pitch’. Remuneration package negotiable and commensurate with experience.
• Office Administration – This opportunity has arisen as a result of an internal re-shuffle and the role is a wide and varied one that includes, greeting visitors to STL, managing the building, answering general calls and supporting the Sales, Operations and Finance Departments. Remuneration package negotiable and commensurate with experience.
